The "Elevit" system

Elevit Global Holding LTD was created as an investment financing complex for the unique construction system developed by a team of Russian scientists headed by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor V.M. Sobolev.

Innovations in construction technology developed by Dr.Valerian Sobolev was awarded by the Gold Medal of the World Exhibition of Invention and Innovation in Brussels in 1997, the Diploma of the World Expo 2005 in Nagoya, and other prestigious awards.
The "Elevit" system is based on metal-tsekavit construction elements. In the words "Elevit" and “tsekavit” sounds the same Latin root vita - "life." Another "brick" of the term "tsekavit" is a well-known word "cellulose". Tsekavit means a wood impregnated with borax and boric acid. In order to make tsekavit stable it is covered by “Razakor” (oligomer containing ethyl), which is hydrophobic, biostable material, and allowed to be used even to grease pallets for baking bread.

At the moment projects realized under the "Elevit" system are performed in the half of the world: from Sakhalin (Russia) – project of "Sakhalin Energy" office buildings for Shell on 4000 square meters, to construction of the gymnasium for children with disabilities in Paris (France).

At the present time a rising interest to the ACS "Elevit" is shown in many Russian regions and foreign countries, such as in France, Greece, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Serbia, etc.

Elevit Global Holding Ltd. is a demonstration project of phased recovery from the economic recession. The goal is to use idle capacity in different regions of the country and to restructure them prospectively (within the period from three to six months for reaching its rated capacity) in house-building factories, factories of construction elements and assembling productions based on imported construction elements and parts, with a gradual transformation to the full production cycle. All these steps provide a complex solution of both local and global challenges.

Priority tasks of Elevit Global Holding Ltd. are:

- Creating of new workplaces;

- Loading of capacities not previously used;

- Providing of tax revenue to regional and municipal budgets;

- Providing of habitation under the terms of fast installation of constructions.
